iOS app

Account email, password hash, check-ins, meal photos, and Apple Health weigh-ins you allow stay on this iPhone. Health values, doses, meal names, and notes never reach analytics or ads. Analytics, when on, is an allow-list of counts and enums only.

Apple Health: we request read access to body mass so your latest weigh-in can sit next to your muscle-guard log. If you turn on Send logs to Apple Health, we write the protein, fiber, water, and weigh-ins you log. Doses are never written. We do not store health data in iCloud.

You can export a CSV of your log and delete your account from Settings. Deleting the app also removes local data.
